GRAYSON SHORTLISTED FOR MIDLANDS FAMILY BUSINESS AWARDS
Grayson Thermal Systems has reached the final stage of nominations in the Development of International Markets category and the headline Family Business of the Year category in the Midlands first ever Family Business Awards.
Five businesses in each of the Award’s ten categories now move forward to the final judging stage. The judging schedule involves informal interviews which take place throughout September, with all category winners being announced at a ceremony at Thrumpton Hall on 11th November.
Stuart Hateley, Managing Director, says, “It’s a great honour to be shortlisted for not only one, but two awards, one of which is the prestigious Family Business of the Year award. Even though this is a “Family Business” award, we class everyone at Grayson as part of the family, and this nomination just proves how the hard work of all employees is appreciated.”
More than one hundred family run or owned businesses from across the Midlands entered the Awards, which are underwritten by Nottingham-based independent insurance broker and family-run business, The Wilson Organisation. The Awards' are a not-for-profit venture, with all proceeds going to charities supporting young enterprise and young people - The Children's Society, The Willow Foundation and The Venture Foundation.
