Drop and Clean - Cooling Systems
Grayson offer a complete maintenance package to ensure your cooling system is maintained to the highest standards to ensure optimum performance during the challenging summer months.
Packages can be tailored to suit your needs and can include:-
- Complete inspection of cooling pack for accident damage
- Intercooler pressure test
- Cooling system pressure test
- Header tank check and report
- Low water alarm check and report
- Cooling system hose check
- Anti freeze strength and quality test
- Hydraulic cooler test
- Fly-screen check
- Coolant pressure cap test
- Hydraulic Oil Filter Check
- Airflow through cooling pack test
- Cooling fan check
Grayson also offer an all inclusive package. You pay one price, per vehicle per year and Grayson will take full ownership of the cooling system, replacing parts if required with no extra labour costs.

Coach Full Air Conditioning Servicing and Retrofit

 Gold Service
This is an all inclusive service – one price, per vehicle per year.
Included is:-
- Full and comprehensive service of the air conditioning system.
- All parts
- All labour
- 12 months warranty on all parts with no call out charge or labour.
Silver Service
Included is:-
- Full and comprehensive service of the air conditioning system
- Any parts and labour required when air conditioning system is serviced
- 12 months parts warranty
Bronze Service
Included is:-
- Full and comprehensive service of the air conditioning system
- Any parts and labour required when air conditioning system is serviced (Excluding the compressor)

Grayson offer a complete heating retrofit service.
This includes a complete vehicle evaluation, design supply and fit service.
Customer Service Support
Grayson has an 11,000 square feet service centre which is located close to the motorway network in the Midlands. The centre is dedicated to servicing air conditioning systems and fitting new systems.
The service centre also offers cooling system or heating system servicing for any make of bus, coach or truck.
