GRAYSON MAKES NEW SENIOR SALES APPOINTMENT
 Grayson Thermal Systems has appointed Richard Harris as its new sales manager for the South of England.
Formerly Grayson’s internal sales manager, responsible for ensuring the efficient and speedy processing of customer orders, Richard has worked for Grayson for more than ten years and is well-known to the company’s many customers both in the bus and coach sector, and in specialist off-road sectors.
He has in-depth knowledge of the company’s heating, cooling and air conditioning products and services, and was appointed to his new role for his ability to provide a high level of advice and service to customers.
Grayson managing director Stuart Hateley said: “We have a number of key customers in the south, and a programme to develop additional business.
“Richard has been appointed to head up our sales and support operations to the region because he has a proven commitment to providing the highest levels of service, and the detailed knowledge required to offer expert support.
“His appointment is a key part of our plan to expand our operations in the south.”
Grayson has a team of sales managers covering the entire UK mainland, supported by a dedicated team at its Birmingham head office.
