For over two decades, we have been designing and manufacturing trusted shell and tube heat exchangers to the highest specifications.
Our shell and tube heat exchangers benefit from a flexible and versatile design, allowing them to be suitable for a range of applications both on and off-highway.
In addition to our extensive standard range, our committed engineering team can work with you to create custom units to specific requirements.
All GTS shell and tube heat exchangers have been carefully designed, specialising in optimum fluid cooling, with copper brass inner tube stacks perfect for thermal conduction assembled into a highly durable cast aluminium shell.
Both single and two flow versions of our shell and tube heat exchangers are available.
Water/Reservior Tanks
All cooling systems have a requirement for a reservoir / water tank and we offer these products as part of our total thermal management solution.
We have a range of standard products which benefit from series production volumes but we also offer bespoke designed reservoir tanks for the specialised applications.
With more than 30 years’ experience of reservoir tank design and manufacture, we know that vehicle operators cannot afford long periods of vehicle downtime. It is why leading OEMs across the world trust Grayson-manufactured tanks to provide the reliability needed.
Our reservoir tanks can be designed into your cooling system loop for electric motors, power electronics, hydrogen fuel cells, battery thermal management, internal combustion engines and more.
Reservoir Tanks - Aftermarket Solutions
For aftermarket applications, we carry stocks of a wide range of replacement fuel tanks for ADL, MAN, Optare, Scania, VDL and Volvo vehicles, plus many more. We also offer next day delivery for all stock products across the UK.
In addition to our aftermarket fuel tank offering, we offer a repair service for leaking tanks and a supply-and-fit service on-site at your depot location.
Processed through our UK manufacturing facilities, we can laser cut, fabricate, fold, machine, weld and powder coat parts in-house, giving you peace-of-mind that your product has been designed, manufactured and finished to our high standards.
