The business growth and product complexity makes this a critical role to ensure we deliver a successful product line up, whilst bringing together all strands of Engineering. The new role will encompass Design, Testing, Product Sign Off and Manufacturing Engineering, where the Engineering Group deliver a Production ready product. We expect this appointment to bring the current Engineering Group and Manufacturing Engineers much closer together.
Terry comes with a wealth of industry experience and has worked in a global capacity at a senior level for multi nationals such as BMW, Nissan and Rolls Royce. In recent years Terry has worked within the Aerospace industry for major system suppliers to both aircraft and engine manufacturers. We greatly look forward to Terry commencing his employment with GTS, and see this as a significant building block developing the NPD process and timely project delivery to production and sales.
Married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren lives in Worcestershire after watching too many “Move to the country” programs! Looking forward to the challenges of “Change” within the business Terry comments “I look to integrate the complete Engineering team into one including Design, Applications and Manufacturing Engineering where as a team we can make significant improvements to the business, streamlining product and the design processes”.
