The BTMS M-Series is Grayson’s compact, mobile battery thermal management range for electrified vehicles and machinery. Designed for high-voltage, space-constrained applications, the series delivers proven, liquid-cooled battery heating and cooling through fully tested, off-the-shelf solutions trusted by OEMs worldwide.

BTMS M1

Compact battery thermal management system delivering precise liquid-based heating and cooling with CAN control, optimised for space-constrained BEV and FCEV installations.

BTMS M2

Battery thermal management system for BEV and FCEV platforms, delivering 11.5 kW cooling with active and passive control, heating capability, and CAN J1939 communication.

BTMS M3

High-capacity battery thermal management delivering up to 11.5 kW cooling with separate condenser and chiller, CAN control, for heavy-duty BEV and FCEV applications.

BTMS M5

Fully integrated battery thermal management system for high-voltage BEV and FCEV platforms, delivering active and passive cooling plus up to 30 kW heating.

BTMS M6

Compact battery and traction motor thermal management unit delivering 14 kW cooling and 5 kW heating with CAN J1939 control for AC-powered platforms.
