We prototype components and systems and put them through extensive testing. Our climate cell replicates conditions from -30°C to +50°C for precise thermal performance testing, while our comprehensive assessments include airflow and coolant flow mapping, refrigerant mass flow rate, electrical efficiency and power draw analysis, coolant pump durability, and safety-critical forced failure tests.
To further enhance product quality, we partner with leading industry experts for additional EMC, noise, and shock testing. Our cutting-edge testing capabilities allow us to accelerate product development, ensuring your systems are field-ready without compromising quality
System Integration and Installation

End-to-End Manufacturing Excellence
Whether you need off-the-shelf systems ready for immediate integration or require a tailored solution, our vertically integrated approach allows us to customise and configure components, materials, and packaging to meet your exact specifications. By managing fabrication, sub-assembly, and final system assembly in-house, we ensure that each Grayson thermal system is produced with the highest precision and meets your performance expectations.
From key component assembly, including electric water pumps and auxiliary electric water heaters, to the full system assembly of our advanced refrigerant-based solutions, such as BTMS, CTMS, and cabin/saloon heat pumps, we maintain complete control over every stage of production.

We conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections, Initial Sample Inspection Reports, and extensive End-of-Line Testing to ensure flawless operation. Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and holding VCA Approval, our quality systems are continually refined to meet industry demands. Regular manufacturing audits and the F-gas and high-voltage certification of our operatives ensure precision and safety at every step.
We’re committed to furthering our standards, with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Management certifications expected by 2025. We also investing in ensuring we meet evolving cyber security requirements, with UNECE 155 and 156 compliance. This ongoing commitment ensures that every Grayson product is fully tested, traceable, and ready to perform under the toughest conditions.
