Overview

The CE4 is Grayson’s 4-fan combustion engine cooler, designed to manage coolant and intake air temperatures for medium-to-heavy duty ICE vehicles. Each module integrates a radiator and charge air cooler with independent isolation, ensuring reliable performance in dusty or vibration-heavy environments.

Equipped with 24 V DC brushless fans rated up to 30,000 hours, the CE4 delivers consistent airflow and features a reverse-fan cleaning function. Compared to hydraulic systems, it reduces fuel consumption, noise, and emissions. Optional CAN-based fan control, stainless-steel frames, and Grayson’s 40 years of cooling expertise make it a durable, OEM-ready solution.

Available off-the-shelf or customisable, Grayson calculates ambient limits, flow rate, heat rejection, and coolant temperature to deliver reliable, application-specific thermal performance.
