Overview

The CM1 is a chassis-mounted, all-in-one thermal module that manages the complete thermal demands of electric and fuel cell vehicles. By combining battery heating/cooling, power electronics and traction motor cooling, and cabin HVAC into a single compact unit, OEMs can simplify thermal architecture, reduce platform variants, and accelerate development.

Delivering 10kW cooling at 40°C ambient and 12kW heating down to -25°C, the CM1 uses a high-efficiency heat pump with advanced heat recovery for best-in-class performance.

Equipped with Grayson’s Intelligent Thermal Controller and proprietary thermal control logic software, it provides precise, efficient control of all thermal loads. Pre-charged, pre-assembled, and proven in series production, the CM1 includes full lifecycle support from integration to aftermarket service.
