The CH1 in Grayson’s Heating range provides reliable, targeted cabin heating using an all-electric PTC heat source, making it well suited to hybrid and battery-electric vehicle platforms.

Delivering up to 1.25 kW of heat, the unit supports staged heating to minimise inrush current while maintaining fast warm-up performance. A long-life brushless blower distributes warm air efficiently, while CAN control allows precise management of heat output and blower speed.

Its compact form factor enables discreet under-seat installation, helping OEMs add driver heat boost without redesigning the primary HVAC system. Self-regulating PTC technology prevents overheating, ensuring safe, consistent operation across demanding ambient conditions.
