Overview

The CH2 in Grayson’s Heating range is an all-electric cabin heater designed to provide efficient, localised driver heating in hybrid and battery-electric vehicles.

Using a self-regulating PTC heat source, it delivers up to 1.25 kW of warm air without overheating, while staged heating minimises electrical load during start-up. Heat output and blower speed are managed via CAN control, enabling smooth integration with vehicle systems.

Its reduced footprint and lower mass make the CH2 ideal for installations where packaging space is limited. Commonly used as a supplementary heat source, it allows OEMs to enhance driver comfort in cold climates without redesigning the primary HVAC system.
