The CM2 is a chassis-mounted, all-in-one thermal module designed to manage the complete thermal demands of electric and fuel cell applications while offering greater packaging flexibility for OEMs.
By integrating battery heating/cooling, power electronics and traction motor cooling, and cabin HVAC into one compact unit, the CM2 simplifies thermal architecture while enabling OEMs to externally package PTC heaters and water pumps to suit their platform.
With a reduced footprint (780 x 486 x 300mm) and lower weight (45kg), the CM2 is ideal for applications with tighter space constraints. Delivering 10kW cooling at 40°C ambient and 12kW heating down to -25°C, it combines a high-efficiency heat pump with advanced heat recovery for demanding duty cycles.
Equipped with Grayson’s Intelligent Thermal Controller and proprietary control logic, the CM2 provides precise, efficient thermal load management and is ready for integration into next-generation electrified platforms.
