Overview

Built for applications requiring straightforward, reliable heating, the EW1 uses three U-shaped stainless steel resistive elements housed in a robust insulated body. Installed directly into the coolant circuit, it delivers heat instantly without the warm-up delay of other systems. Available in 3.6kW and 5kW models, it operates from 300–800V DC with outlet temperature-based on/off control.

With an O-ring sealed element, IP65-protected electrical cap, and wide ambient tolerance from -30 °C to +50 °C, the EW1 is suited to harsh, high-vibration environments. It requires minimal maintenance and is quick to install, making it ideal for new builds or retrofits.
