Overview

The PE4 is the high-capacity cooler in Grayson’s portfolio, delivering four-fan air-to-liquid cooling for applications with extreme thermal demands. In a closed-loop system, coolant is circulated through power electronics, traction motors, or inverters before rejecting heat via the PE4’s large surface-area tube-and-fin radiator and four integrated fans.

Equipped with Grayson’s Intelligent Thermal Controller and proprietary control logic software, the PE4 ensures precise fan speed regulation and efficient energy use. With a 100kW heat rejection capacity and 200 l/min flow handling, it is purpose-built for heavy-duty electrified platforms.

Alongside its off-the-shelf model, Grayson can also configure or build tailored PE4 systems, modelling real-world parameters to deliver optimised, validated cooling solutions.
