The PE6 is Grayson’s six-fan, rooftop-mounted air-to-liquid cooler, engineered for heavy-duty vehicles and stationary power systems with high thermal demands.

Delivering 35kW of cooling at 50°C ambient, the PE6 integrates Grayson’s V3 CAN-enabled fan controller for precise regulation. With proven tube-and-fin design and in-house manufacturing, it provides robust, plug-and-play cooling for power electronics, traction motors, and inverters.

Overview

The PE6 line delivers high-capacity, air-to-liquid cooling using a six-fan configuration and large surface-area radiator, making it ideal for heavy-duty platforms and stationary power systems requiring reliable thermal protection. Coolant circulates through inverters, motors, or power electronics before rejecting heat via the PE6’s tube-and-fin heat exchanger and six integrated fans.

Equipped with Grayson’s Intelligent Thermal Controller and proprietary control logic, the PE6 ensures efficient fan speed management and optimised system energy use. Designed for rooftop installation, it combines maximum airflow exposure with compact packaging.

As with all Grayson coolers, the PE6 can be supplied off-the-shelf or configured to OEM requirements, ensuring the system meets precise duty-cycle demands for coolant flow, heat rejection, and operating conditions.
