Overview

The BTMS M6 is a dual-function thermal management system engineered to optimise traction battery and motor performance in demanding duty cycles.

With 14 kW active battery cooling and 5 kW heating, it delivers precise temperature control in extreme conditions from –30 °C to +45 °C. Integrated traction cooling via a water-to-air heat exchanger and brushless motor fan provides complete powertrain  thermal management in a single assembly.

Managed by Grayson’s Intelligent Thermal Controller and proprietary thermal logic software via CAN J1939, it enables seamless control and diagnostics across vehicle systems.

The AC-powered, compact package simplifies integration while ensuring consistent performance under high electrical loads, making the M6 a proven, ready-to-integrate solution for OEMs requiring multi-function battery and drivetrain thermal management.
