Overview

The BTMS M2 maintains optimal operating temperature for liquid-cooled traction batteries in BEV, FCEV and stationary power applications,  safeguarding cell life, charge efficiency, and system performance.

Controlled by Grayson’s proprietary thermal logic software via CAN J1939 and managed through the integrated Grayson Intelligent Control Module – the M2 actively regulates cooling, passive cooling, and electrical heating based on real time temperature feedback.

A larger chiller paired with a separately mounted condenser delivers up to 11.5kW of cooling, ideal for heavy-duty cycles and fast-charge conditions. Integrated components include a brushless pump, electric expansion valve, and lightweight header tank for simplified installation.

Supporting up to 900V DC, the M2 is proven globally, offering configurable, high-output performance in extreme climates.
