Overview

Hydrogen fuel cell systems require stable thermal control for efficiency and stack longevity. The FC3 line uses three-fan, air-to-liquid passive cooling to maintain optimal stack temperatures, circulating coolant through the stack and dissipating heat via a tube-and-fin radiator with high-performance fans.

Available in rooftop or vertical mounts, the FC3 integrates optional Grayson Intelligent Thermal Controller and thermal logic software for precise CAN-based fan regulation. Compatible with de-ionised water and capable of supporting waste heat recovery into vehicle HVAC, it provides OEMs a plug-and-play solution or configurable platform.

Grayson offers off-the-shelf or custom designs, working with OEMs to calculate ambient limits, flow rates, heat rejection, and coolant temperature, ensuring reliable thermal performance tailored to each application.
