Overview

Delivering up to 100 l/min and 2.5 bar, the CP1 maintains consistent coolant circulation under high loads and in long-loop systems, with stable performance from –40 °C to +85 °C coolant temperature.

Its canned motor design eliminates mechanical seals, reducing leak risk and maintenance, while its compact footprint, lightweight (2.54 kg), and integrated electronics simplify installation.

The CP1 includes de-ionised coolant compatibility as standard to suit fuel-cell and other electrically sensitive systems, while the brushless drive enhances efficiency and service life.

Control options include Standalone, PWM, and CAN J1939 for easy integration into vehicle or stationary power platforms, and the unit is built and tested to automotive standards (ISO 7637, ISO 16750) with IP68 protection.

Features

Our canned motor pumps are designed with features that provide anodised construction, high flow and pressure capability, and more:

  • High flow and pressure capability: Delivers up to 100 l/min and 2.5 bar for demanding, high-resistance coolant loops.
  • Standard de-ionised water compatibility: Ideal for fuel cell cooling and sensitive applications without material degradation.
  • Anodised aluminium construction: Strong, corrosion-resistant housing for durability in harsh environments.
  • Canned motor design: Fully sealed pump motor eliminates mechanical seals, reducing maintenance needs and leak risk.
  • Compact footprint: Allows for flexible installation in tight or complex system layouts.
  • Multiple control options: Compatible with PWM, CAN, or standalone operation for flexible integration with existing systems.
  • Corrosion-resistant construction: Protects against long-term degradation in varied coolant environments.
  • Flexible mounting options: Can be installed in multiple orientations for greater packaging flexibility.
  • Run-dry protection: Prevents damage during low or no coolant flow conditions.
  • EMC certified: Ensures compliance with electromagnetic compatibility standards.
  • Multiple pump operation on single CAN network: Allows for networked control of multiple pumps in complex cooling systems.
