Overview

The CP2 electric water pump is engineered to meet the demands of modern thermal systems across battery-electric, fuel cell, hybrid and stationary power platforms. Using seal-less canned motor technology, it eliminates mechanical failure points and ensures leak-free, maintenance-free operation.

Designed for high-voltage architectures (400–800V DC), the CP2 reduces dependency on low-voltage systems while simplifying vehicle wiring. Its high flow and pressure capability enables efficient coolant circulation through restrictive thermal loops, including battery, power electronics and fuel cell systems.

With PWM or standalone control, and compatibility with de-ionised water, the CP2 provides OEMs with a robust, efficient and easily integrated solution for precise thermal management in demanding environments.

Features

Our canned motor pumps are designed with features that provide anodised construction, high flow and pressure capability, and more:

  • Seal-less canned motor design: Eliminates leaks and failure points by removing mechanical seals, improving reliability and reducing maintenance requirements.
  • High flow and pressure performance: Designed for demanding circuits, the CP2 delivers up to 100 l/min and 2.5 bar for complex, high-resistance cooling loops.
  • High-voltage compatibility: Supports 400–800V DC systems, improving efficiency and simplifying electrical architecture.
  • De-ionised water compatibility: Suitable for fuel cell systems. The CP2 allows use in FCEV applications without risk of corrosion or contamination.
  • PWM and standalone control: Flexible integration options, supporting simple integration where full CAN communication is not required.
  • Robust construction: Built for harsh operating environments, the CP2 includes anodised aluminium, and stainless-steel wetted parts ensure long-term durability.
  • Run-dry protection: Protects pump integrity during unexpected coolant loss events.
